Mike came to our house at around 9 pm on a Friday night after our AC unit stopped working (showed up about 15 mins after we placed the call). Not a lot of companies are willing to do that! He was a consummate professional and took the time to explain the problem to me (something I really appreciate). He worked quickly and efficiently and his pricing was fair.
